All visitors 18 and under enjoy free general admission to the museum every day, thanks to the Free for Kids program presented by Bellco Credit Union
Seuss on the Loose July 14-18, ages 5-7 Get ready to step into the colorful, zany world of Dr. Seuss! In this imaginative and fun-filled camp, campers will explore the whimsical worlds created by the beloved author and illustrator, Dr. Seuss. Through storytelling, games, and crafts, campers will bring the magic of Seuss’s stories to life while developing their creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
Theatre SilCo's (formerly the Lake Dillon Theatre Company) Youth Workshops provide theatre-based education programs to Summit County's youth. While students gain knowledge and skills in the performance arts through theatre, music, and dance classes, the program's ultimate focus is to broaden perspectives, build confidence, and bolster community ties through shared experiences. Harold and the Purple Crayon July 7-11, ages 5-7 Step into a world where imagination is your only limit! This camp invites young artists to explore their creativity and storytelling abilities as they embark on their own colorful adventures. Using nothing more than a purple crayon (and plenty of imagination), campers will create stories, art, and even their own little worlds! * The Best of Broadway - 8-16 years - Students choose their favorite songs, monologues, and scenes from Broadway shows and create their own Broadway review to perform the final day of class.
